VentureSoul – The unconscious of the corporation
In the unconscious, capital and desire are synonyms. In practice, they are most often treated separately. MARK-MAN’s program VentureSoul is a management tool to stepwise suspend the unfruitful separation and to replace it by a fruitful awareness. VentureSoul is a basic component of corporate and marketing communication which is used for instance to evaluate the deeper meaning of corporate social responsibility (CSR).
VentureSoul brings together the different perspectives of social and individual angles which are relevant for the corporation. The result is a unique energy source to fuel common understanding – in the market and within the company as well.
